BLUEBERRY YOGURT SALAD DRESSING
1 Cup plain Yogurt
Half cup frozen or fresh Blueberries
One quarter cup diced onion
One eighth cup Apple Cider Vinegar
One tablespon chopped Garlic
One teaspoon dried parsley flakes
One teaspoon sweet Relish
One quarter teaspoon Dill Weed
One quarter teaspoon Coriander
Mix in bowl and let stand in refrigerator about 30 minutes or until serving time.
Works well with cut up Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, some carrot chips, grape tomatoes, croutons, etc. |
