- Onions
- Half pound butter
- 1 Cup salt
DIRECTIONS
10 quart cooker
Fill 2 thirds full of water
Bring water to boil
Cut fish into 1 inch x 2 inch (or 3 inch) strips.
12 Minutes later:
Add 1 Cup salt and pieces of fish
Add Potatoes and onions
After 20 minutes:
Melt half pound butter to have ready.
Maintain boil
Get a colander ready
8 minutes later: Take fish out
Mash potatoes.
Dip pieces of fish in drawn (melted) butter |
